The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with these requirements. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES • Treat the home and furnishings with care and respect. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. • No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted. • Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning and remediation charges. • Fireplaces inside the home are decorative only and are not available for guest use. • Hot tub rules provided at the property must be followed at all times. • Use of the hot tub is entirely at guest’s own risk. • Children must be supervised at all times in and around the hot tub and outdoor areas. • No glass containers, diving, roughhousing, or unsafe conduct near the hot tub. • Hot tub cover must remain closed when not in use. • Do not move indoor furniture outdoors. • Please do not leave food or trash outside due to local wildlife. • Excessive cleaning, damage, unauthorized guests, or policy violations may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation. • Please report maintenance or safety concerns immediately so they can be addressed promptly. • Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection purposes. No cameras are located inside the home or in private areas.

Entry into the home is considered to be your signed and informed consent. Your 4-digit entry code will be provided to you at any time before 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Please note that receiving the code in advance does not authorize early check-in without prior approval. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house.
